Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is in search of a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong HR management background. The HRBP will align HR practices with business objectives, manage talent strategies, and promote a positive workplace.
Main Responsibilities
- Partner with management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide guidance on HR issues, workforce planning, and change management.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
- Create talent development programs including training and performance management.
- Handle employee relations and ensure fair conflict resolution.
- Encourage a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
- Oversee benefits administration and compliance.
- Conduct salary reviews for competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain employee records.
- Utilize HR metrics for decision-making and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a Business Partner role.
- Professional membership (CHRP) is advantageous.
- Expertise in talent management and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws in Kenya.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
