Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is in search of a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong HR management background. The HRBP will align HR practices with business objectives, manage talent strategies, and promote a positive workplace.

Main Responsibilities

• Partner with management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide guidance on HR issues, workforce planning, and change management.
• Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
• Create talent development programs including training and performance management.
• Handle employee relations and ensure fair conflict resolution.
• Encourage a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
• Oversee benefits administration and compliance.
• Conduct salary reviews for competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain employee records.
• Utilize HR metrics for decision-making and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a Business Partner role.
• Professional membership (CHRP) is advantageous.
• Expertise in talent management and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws in Kenya.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
