Job offer: Facility Supervisor

Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 Kshs

A Christian non-profit organization operating a school in Nakuru is seeking a Facility Supervisor. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, facility repairs, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Expertise in plumbing and general facility repairs, alongside capability to drive school vans, are essential. This role also involves supervision of maintenance staff, ensuring safety and functionality of premises.

• Conduct routine maintenance and facility inspections.
• Coordinate repairs in plumbing, electrical systems, and structural integrity.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain records for compliance and safety.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies.
• Liaise with contractors for specialized repairs.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction and maintenance or similar.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in maintenance management.
• A valid driving license with Categories B, C, and D.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
