Salary: 80,000 – 100,000 Kshs

Our client, a Christian non-profit organization managing a reputable school in Nakuru, seeks a seasoned Human Resource Manager. This role requires overseeing HR functions aligned with the institution's mission and Christian values. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive experience in HR, particularly in educational environments, and will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance tasks.

• Formulate and update HR policies that reflect the school's objectives and values.
• Administer the entire recruitment process and employee retention programs.
• Ensure legal and ethical compliance, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Facilitate staff development programs and promote workplace wellness aligned with Christian principles.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, extensive HR experience, deep understanding of Kenyan labor laws, and an ability to fuse professional practice with Christian values. CHRP certification is preferred.
