Position: Sponsorship Case Worker

Location: Nakuru

Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 Kshs

This role requires a dedicated individual to promote child welfare in a non-profit school setting. Responsibilities include monitoring children's health, managing uniforms and meals, and strengthening parent partnerships. The role also entails conducting home visits, processing academic-year applications, and advocating for children's rights through various support systems and interventions.

• Maintain confidential case files and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, or similar
• 3-5 years experience in related field
• Strong skills in communication, advocacy, and case management
