Position Title: ECDE Teacher

Reporting To: Head Teacher

Salary: 20 – 22 Kshs

Location: Nakuru, Kenya

A Christian non-profit organization in Nakuru is seeking a dedicated ECDE teacher for lower grades on a temporary and long-term basis. The role involves following the pre-set curriculum, managing classroom activities, assigning and grading assignments, and promoting students' educational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement classroom lessons according to the provided curriculum.
• Maintain student discipline and classroom environment.
• Track students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support learners with academic and emotional needs.

Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in ECDE.
• At least 2 years teaching experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Preference for residents of Nakuru.
