Reporting to: Head Teacher

Salary: 25 – 30 Kshs

Our client, a Christian non-profit organization in Nakuru, is seeking a P1 Teacher. The role involves supporting students both individually and through engaging lessons, aiming to inspire and motivate learners. Responsibilities include presenting lessons, facilitating interactive learning, assessing student progress, maintaining classroom tidiness, collaborating with educational stakeholders, and participating in professional development opportunities.

• Develop educational content and organize educational activities.
• Monitor student behavior and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Participate in regular meetings and comply with educational standards.

Qualifications: Bachelor or Diploma in Primary Education, Teachers Service Commission registration, 2-5 years of teaching experience, competency in CBC, and residents of Nakuru preferred.
