Gross Salary: KES 65k – 70k

The Principal will lead in developing effective educational programs and enhancing teaching and learning standards.

• Improve school operations and keep updated on educational practices.
• Oversee curriculum development and adhere to policies.
• Enhance student morale through activities and maintain staff professional growth.
• Manage staff hiring and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health standards and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.

• A Degree in Education and at least 4 years of experience as a principal.
• A valid teaching license and excellent leadership skills.
• Compassion for students and a strong passion for education.
