Job Overview: As a Farmer Relationship Officer, your primary role will be to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with farmers. Key responsibilities include the recruitment and contracting of farmers in specified pyrethrum growing areas, ensuring they meet the necessary acreage and farmer number targets. Further responsibilities include:

• Providing expert technical advice and training on all aspects of pyrethrum cultivation, from land preparation to transportation of harvest.
• Managing the distribution of planting materials and ensuring traceability through regular field inspections.
• Conducting annual surveys and ensuring adherence to agronomic best practices and quality standards.
• Fostering relationships with local community stakeholders and addressing farmer feedback promptly.
