A multinational manufacturing company is launching operations in East Africa and is seeking a proactive Legal and Compliance Manager to lead legal functions and support compliance in Kenya.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the company's Legal and Compliance function.
- Oversee compliance matrix for internal and regulatory reporting.
- Support policy enforcement and manage company documentation.
- Manage data protection and legal drafting.
- Update and disseminate new regulatory information to management.
Qualifications:
- Law Degree and professional membership in a related association.
- At least 10 years in legal or compliance roles, preferably in financial services or manufacturing.
- Skills in stakeholder engagement, contract management, and litigation.
