Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage in outbound calls to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to entities such as pharmacies and healthcare providers.
  • Uphold relationships with clients by conducting regular follow-ups, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Pinpoint sales opportunities by assessing leads based on client demands and buying capacity.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings to proficiently communicate with potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals and uphold performance standards.
  • Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to exchange insights and enhance sales strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recognize business growth opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of telesales experience, preferable in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; adept at influencing and persuading clients.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and provide solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent multitasking skill, with a focus on detail in managing customer records.
