Job offer: Team Leader – SME Sales

Location: Western, Rift Valley, Central, Nyanza

Gross Salary: Kshs 30,000 plus commission

Seeking an SME Sales Team Leader to manage Junior Loans Officers. Responsibilities include overseeing administrative tasks, evaluations, and credit recommendations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the team's objectives align with branch strategies.

• Analyze financial data to decide on loan approvals.
• Chair and coordinate team meetings aligned with branch plans.
• Manage and report on customer account delinquencies.
• Educate customers on loan products and credit options.
• Market financial products and develop networks for loan prospects.
• Stay updated on financial products to enhance customer service.
• Supervise team activities, ensuring effective operations.
• Develop interpersonal relationships within the team.
• Resolve conflicts and handle negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Business Administration degree or related field; additional certification in credit analysis preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial sector.
• Proficient in financial software and quantitative analysis.
