Our esteemed client in the textile industry is looking for a Textile Production Manager to manage and enhance production operations. The primary responsibilities include supervising the production process to ensure efficiency, meeting quality standards, and maintaining budgetary and safety protocols.

• Production Planning: Implement schedules to meet deadlines.
• Team Leadership: Lead and train production staff.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain and enhance product quality.
• Operational Efficiency: Improve process efficiencies to cut costs.
• Budget Management: Manage and adhere to budget limitations.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all workplace safety rules are followed.
• Inventory Oversight: Manage inventories effectively.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Solve technical production issues.
• Customer Collaboration: Engage with sales and design teams on specifications.
• Reporting: Produce reports on production metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or Production Management.
• Experience: At least 5 years in textile production management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.
