Our client, a microfinance company, seeks a Team Leader to oversee a sales team, ensuring the effective supervision and achievement of performance targets. Responsibilities include recruiting and training sales reps, supervising daily activities, motivating the team, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives.

• Develop and implement strategies to recruit sales personnel to meet targets.
• Ensure the sales team is well-trained on product knowledge and sales skills.
• Monitor and motivate sales reps to achieve sales targets.
• Participate in marketing activities to attract new clients.
• Carry out regular team appraisals and monitor competitor activities.

Qualification:

• Diploma in sales, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales within the micro lending sector.
• Strong decision-making, analytical, and report writing skills.
