Salary: Ksh. 60,000 - 70,000 plus incentives and benefits

Our client, a credit-only microfinance company, is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager. This role involves planning, execution, and coordination of business development strategies and recruitment to meet regional sales targets. The manager will lead sales personnel towards achieving these targets while fostering a culture of teamwork and compliance.

• Lead sales personnel to meet sales targets.
• Expand customer base and growth in new markets.
• Train and mentor teams, ensuring adherence to company's goals and compliance policies.
• Effectively manage region assets and budget.
• Provide leadership and guidance through planning and communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a business-related field.
• Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience, including 3 in a managerial role.
• Proven analytical and decision-making skills.
