As a Field Officer, your primary role involves working directly with farmers to improve their agricultural practices for sustainable and maximum production. You will provide technical assistance, guidance, and support, driving the adoption of advanced agricultural practices and technologies that enhance crop productivity and quality. Building strong relationships with farmers to understand and meet their needs is crucial for fostering loyalty and aligning with the company's quality standards and quantity requirements.

• Coordinate with farmers to maintain accurate records of farm details which include farm size and expected yield.
• Execute yearly work plans to maintain an excellent working relationship between the company and the farmers.
• Onboard new farmers ensuring data integrity and conduct regular visits to monitor compliance and progress, providing reports that influence strategic harvest planning.
• Deliver monthly reports, track the achievement against targets, and perform capacity-building training employing modern methods.
• Implement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and loyalty such as advance programs, seedling distribution, and yield monitoring.
• Work closely with buying clerks to ensure crop quality and quantity requirements are fulfilled.
• Identify and manage demonstration farms for educative purposes and monitor market conditions to report pertinent changes.
• Organize and participate in community engagement and training sessions, ensuring comprehensive communication and education among farmers.

Additional responsibilities include budget management, updating on external partners’ activities, data collection, and participating in monthly reviews to discuss performance and targets.
