Job Position: Commercial Manager – Special Projects

Reporting to: CEO Department: Executive Salary: Ksh 180,000 - Ksh 200,000

We are in search of a dedicated Commercial Manager specializing in managing the commercial aspects of special projects, including government tenders and contracts. The role involves overseeing project implementation, managing budgets and timelines, engaging with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Directing the execution of projects from initiation to completion, managing financial aspects, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Leading tender processes, from document preparation to contract negotiations and stakeholder management.
• Conducting project planning, resource allocation, and risk management activities to ensure project success.
• Ensuring quality control, maintaining project compliance, and engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Competencies: Technical expertise, project management skills, procurement, strategic planning, and leadership.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with preference for a Master’s or specialized certifications, with at least 8 years of related experience.
