The chosen candidate will spearhead planning activities, sales strategies, and partnership efforts. Main responsibilities include oversight of the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and managing operations strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Development and implementation of strategic sales plans.
• Building and maintaining client relationships to improve trust and satisfaction.
• Establishing strategic partnerships to enhance market position.
• Leading and coaching the sales team, optimizing sales processes.
• Conducting market research and managing the division's financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management within outdoor advertising or a related industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytic skills.
