• Ensure legal compliance and provide management advice.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and design training for skill development.
• Analyze HR metrics and participate in organizational development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; HR certification preferred.
• 5-6 years of HR experience, knowledge of employment laws, and HR practices.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, proficient in HR software.
