Job offer: Qualitative Field Interviewers

The African Population and Health Research Center in partnership with notable institutions is carrying out the 'Visibilize4ClimateAction Project' to study the impacts of climate change on nutrition and mental health in East African drylands, funded by Wellcome.

We are seeking qualitative field interviewers in Samburu, Turkana, and Laikipia counties. Successful candidates will undergo training and will be responsible for collecting data at the community level using qualitative guides, ensuring adherence to research protocols and ethical standards.

• Comprehensive understanding of research objectives.
• Participation in data collection training.
• Conducting qualitative interviews and ensuring precise data recording.
• Maintenance of confidentiality and project asset care.

Applicants should possess a degree or diploma in relevant fields, proven interviewing experience, and be bilingual in local languages specific to their county.
