Our client, a credit-only microfinance organization, is seeking a Human Resource Officer to join their team. The selected candidate will play a critical role in shaping the workforce by managing recruitment processes including job descriptions, advertising, and interviewing. Additionally, you will be tasked with HR responsibilities including development of contracts, induction processes, maintenance of KPIs, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

• Develop, manage and implement induction and training programs.
• Track staff performance and provide HR support and advisory services.
• Prepare payroll, manage statutory deductions and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain confidential HR databases and handle employee relations.
