  • Efficient calendar and meeting coordination.
  • Finance management and risk management tasks.
  • Compiling documents for proposals, managing branding, and dispatching reports.
  • Allocation and tracking of human resources.
  • Facilitating communication and filing documents discreetly and securely.
  • Organizing travel and accommodations, including visa processing and travel logistics.

Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth understanding of office administration and proficiency in related systems.
  • Strong time management, meticulous attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.

Education and Professional Qualifications:

  • Business Administration or Secretarial studies degree is required.
