Job offer: Operational Finance Manager

The Operational Finance Manager is tasked with overseeing standard Operational Finance activities and reporting to the Finance Director. This role entails managing a team, ensuring process risks are minimized, and spearheading continuous improvement efforts.

• Implement process controls for timely and accurate Operational Finance outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain documentation for audits.
• Manage Master Data changes governance across systems.
• Lead the team to meet utilization and performance targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practice adoption for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve process issues and manage risks effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in leadership and process control in finance or accounting.

• Background in shared services or multinational corporations, especially in FMCG or technology-oriented industries.

• Proficient in financial processes and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Understanding of data governance and Master Data Management practices.
