Job offer: Manager, Banking and Enterprise Systems Support

Job Role Overview:

The incumbent is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Core Banking, Lending, and Treasury Systems to ensure optimal performance and meet strategic objectives. This role involves system optimization, user support, and continuous improvement of system functionalities and processes.

• Administer essential applications like the Core Banking System to ensure service reliability and meet service delivery standards.
• Design and implement system configurations, upgrades, and enhancements according to the Change Management policy.
• Support user acceptance tests, resolve system issues, and ensure compliance with business needs.
• Deliver 24-hour support for critical systems and manage day-to-day operations.
• Analyse and develop system functionalities and reports for enhanced performance.
• Coordinate resolution of user and service provider issues, maintain operational procedures documentation, and ensure systems are compliant and up-to-date.

• Proficiency in operating environments such as Windows OS Servers, Linux OS, and basic SQL.
• Experience with integration endpoint clients like SOAP/UI and Postman.

• Strong analytical abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and the capability to manage multiple projects.
