Our esteemed client in the logistics sector is seeking a Warehouse Officer. This role involves overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining high safety and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record inventory accurately in the warehouse management system.
• Conduct stock audits to maintain inventory levels.
• Coordinate with procurement to manage stock levels.
• Supervise receipt and storage of goods, ensuring quality.
• Manage the dispatch of goods for timely deliveries.
• Prepare documentation for goods receipt and dispatch.
• Maintain an organized warehouse layout.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities safely.
• Implement best practices in warehouse processes.
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance.
• Plan and delegate tasks to meet productivity goals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct inspections and enforce PPE usage.
• Identify risks and implement corrective measures.
• Prepare reports on stock levels and productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse transactions.

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and health regulations.
• Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High accuracy in inventory management.
• Leadership and team management skills.
