Salary Range: UGX 1.5M - 2.0M

The role focuses on advancing sales growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities include developing new sales opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering compelling project proposals, and driving business development goals. Additionally, the role involves representing the company in forums and trade shows, staying updated on industry trends, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Develop and maintain relationships across large commercial enterprises.
• Prepare and present high-quality tailored project proposals.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams for project implementation.
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitive landscape.

Applicants should have a university degree in relevant fields, a proven sales track record, thorough knowledge of solar systems, and excellent communication skills. Travel is frequently required.
