Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer sites, recommend suitable solar systems, and provide detailed product benefits.
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process and handle post-sales queries.
  • Approach potential clients in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
  • Generate new leads through networking and cold-calling.
  • Attend industry events to network and discover business opportunities.
  • Deliver customized product presentations and prepare technical proposals to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility.
  • Achieve sales targets and develop self-assessment metrics (KPIs).
  • Stay informed on market trends and provide feedback on new product opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Academic background in any field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Technical Sales, preferably in renewable energy.
  • Proficiency in handling solar energy systems and their functionality.
