Swimming Coach Responsibilities:

• Ensure student safety during all swimming activities, enforcing strict adherence to safety rules.
• Conduct safety drills and educate on water safety.
• Oversee pool conditions, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and implement adaptive lesson plans for various skill levels.
• Teach effective swimming techniques and safety practices.
• Provide personalized feedback to aid student improvement.
• Inspect and maintain swimming facilities and equipment.
• Organize swimming events and manage logistical aspects.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders and promote participation in events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in relevant field.
• Experience in coaching, preferably with youth.
• Effective time and communication management skills.
• First aid knowledge is preferred.
