Job offer: Van Salesman

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell FMCG products to wholesalers and retailers in the Nairobi GT market to drive sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Optimize daily routes for maximum efficiency in the assigned territory.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Identify new business opportunities within the region.
• Effectively manage inventory and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Provide daily reports on sales activities and market conditions.
• Collaborate with the sales team for strategy improvement.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry as a Van Salesman.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with the Nairobi GT market and existing contacts with local wholesalers and retailers.
