Job offer: Agro Business Country Sales Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and develop strategies targeting key demographics, while aligning with head office to maintain stock levels and quality control.
• Oversee company assets, manage finances, and coordinate with the head office for daily and monthly reporting requirements including sales, expenses, and stock reconciliations.
• Facilitate the identification and recruitment of local staff, oversee team operations, and maintain essential records and databases.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Agriculture or related field.
• Five years' experience in agribusiness sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills in English.
• Capable of team management and development.
