Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations in the Accounts office.
• Update financial transactions in QuickBooks and handle account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and assist in tax filings.
• Perform banking reconciliations and handle accounts related errands as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail with made deadlines.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel required.
