Job Title: Program Manager

Our client, a purpose-driven NGO, focuses on alleviating menstrual health challenges and enhancing the livelihoods of women and girls through education and sustainable solutions. Adhering to principles of equity, collaboration, and community-led initiatives, the organization seeks a Program Manager to oversee the deployment of menstrual health education programs and products across Kenya.

Responsibilities include:

• Directing and managing high-impact menstrual health projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
• Working closely with Social Enterprises to uphold DfG standards in producing and distributing menstrual health kits and education.
• Handling administrative duties, including reporting and internal communications, while collaborating with the Programs Director.

Professional Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management, particularly in global or NGO settings.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Community Development, or related fields.
• Familiarity with project management tools, and proficiency in Swahili and English.

Character Traits:

• Highly motivated, adaptable, and capable of independent operation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a knack for collaborative problem-solving.
