Job Overview

The Financial Inclusion Manager oversees SHOFCO's financial initiatives, focusing on empowering youth through strategic leadership, program alignment, and partnerships.

• Lead project management for youth-focused microcredit initiatives.
• Manage social intervention and financial literacy programs targeting youth empowerment.
• Build and sustain donor relationships to fund these initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program success and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
• Proven experience in financial inclusion, particularly with youth and community projects.
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
