He/she Will Perform The Following Duties and Responsibilities:-raising Local Purchase Order for The Company Procurement Needs.receiving Requisitions From User Departments.assist in Sourcing for Quotes for New Requirements.prepare Cost Analysis. Compilation of All Supporting Documents for Raised Purchase Order and Forwarding To Finance for Approval.sharing Local Purchase Order With Local Suppliers.updating The Local Purchase Register.booking of Cheques & Cash for Pre-paid Suppliers.following Up of Cheques & Cash With Finance.data Entry To Erp Sageengagement in The End of Month Stocktaking Exercise.doing Follow-ups of Orders for All Company Operations.filling of Lpos' After They Have Been Emailed To Supplier.sharing Copy Lpos' With Stores Staff in Readiness To Receive.
Requirements
- At Least 2 Years Working Experience As a Procurement Assistant/officer in a Busy Fmcg Manufacturing Company.those Who Have Worked in a Food Processing Company Will Have An Added Advantage.
Responsibilities
- Diploma in Procurement and Supplies Management.
Salary
Kshs. 45,000 - 55,000 Plus Company Benefits (KES)
