Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes including job postings and interviews.
  • Update and maintain employee records and manage leave schedules.
  • Oversee compliance with employment laws and handle payroll and benefits.
  • Organize staff meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.

Customer Relations:

  • Act as the primary contact for inquiries at the front desk, handling all communications effectively.
  • Manage student admissions and coordinate school events and meetings.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Ensure the availability of office supplies and coordinate logistics for meetings.
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and report preparation.

Required Qualifications:

  • A degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong multitasking, and organizational skills.
