Job offer: ICT Manager

Job Purpose: The role entails leading the development and management of the ICT strategy, overseeing hospital ICT infrastructure, ensuring efficient and secure operations, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

• Lead the formulation and execution of ICT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage the annual ICT budget and operational plans.
• Direct the ICT department, providing guidance on ICT solutions enhancing operational efficiency.
• Ensure continual operation of ICT systems and infrastructure, minimizing downtime and optimizing client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and compliance with procurement standards.
• Oversee the security and efficiency of data management and ICT systems.
• Assess and address the ICT training needs across the organization.
• Support and guide system functionality, service delivery, and generate detailed ICT performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant ICT field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of ICT experience, including 3 at a managerial level.
• Required: ERP experience and professional certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL.
