Job offer: SCA Information Security Specialist

Job Purpose and Responsibilities

• The Information Security Specialist will increase security maturity across Save The Children Association (SCA) Members, assist in incident management, and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
• Tasks include conducting security assessments, developing security policies, implementing training and awareness programs, and managing security incidents.
• Regular communication with stakeholders and continual improvement based on security trends are also key components of this role.

Experience and Skills Required

• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and at least two years in an information security role are required.
• Strong skills in IT infrastructure, technical information explanation, and stakeholder management are essential.

Education

• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business Technology, or Information Security is necessary. Security certifications are desirable.
