Job offer: Sales and Operations Team Lead

Main Duties: The Sales and Operations Team Lead will drive revenue growth, manage distribution channels, and expand market share by leading a high-performing team and building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

• Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify new market opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and customer preferences.
• Lead and manage the sales team effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with hardware stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely product delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
