Job Role: Seeking a Field Operations Manager to manage fresh produce operations, ensuring compliance with farming standards such as GlobalGap and EU Organic. Responsibilities include overseeing agronomists, recruiting farmers, project implementation, enhancing production quality, training on organic practices, and stakeholder communication.

• Oversee team and supervise farm operations.
• Recruit and contract farmers to achieve production goals.
• Lead agricultural projects and promote best practices.
• Ensure timely harvesting and delivery of produce.
• Provide training and manage certifications.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Agricultural Sciences or related field, expertise in fruit orchard management, and experience with farming standards. Strong leadership and communication skills required.
