Job Purpose:
At Save the Children, we require a Global Change Manager to ensure the successful adoption of change initiatives vital for strategic advancements. This role is pivotal in preparing detailed change impact analyses, transition plans, and managing both communications and stakeholder engagement effectively. As a leader in the organization, the Global Change Manager will work closely with the Transformation Deployment team and play a crucial role in enhancing capabilities across regional teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed change and transition plans.
- Create comprehensive stakeholder analyses and communications strategies.
- Lead the development and dissemination of change management materials.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure alignment and effective management of changes.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale change projects, preferably in global settings.
- Demonstrable expertise in strategic stakeholder engagement and building relationships.
- Proven analytical skills and experience in managing complex transformations.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent, with recognized qualifications in Change Management.
