Our client a leading Real Estate firm specializing in commercial properties is seeking a talented and results-oriented HR Manager to lead their Human Resource Team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the organization’s strategic goals through effective talent management.  The successful candidate must have Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the real estate sector in a similar role, with 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Coordinate with recruitment agencies and ensure budget alignment.
  • Resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances fairly and promptly. Foster a positive, inclusive work culture through effective communication.
  • Manage performance processes, including goal setting, evaluations, feedback, and coaching. Align practices with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated on employment laws, ensure company compliance, communicate HR policies, and support recruitment audits.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports for analysis, and provide regular metrics and insights to senior management.
  • Promote and coordinate workplace safety and wellness initiatives, addressing health and safety concerns.
  • Oversee new hire on-boarding, manage off-boarding, including exit procedures and staff transfers, and keep the employee handbook updated.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with departments and line managers alike to ensure that on-going training initiatives are being done.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and tactics that meet company needs & align with company Strategies and objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology, MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus
  • Experience in a Multinational or Exposure to global/international organizations .
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems).
  • Experience in developing HR strategies and implementing employee relations activities
  • Membership of the Institute of Human Resource Management in good standing.
  • An effective communicator and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidentiality and sensitive information handling skills
Salary
Monthly Gross Salary: Kes 100,000 – 250,000 (Approx. 1500USD) (KES)
